Hello there, I’m Linda Preston, I’ve been practicing yoga for over 30 years.

I’m a RYT® 500 hr/Yoga Therapist/Teacher with an interest in pain mangement.

I teach Chair Yoga, mat yoga and somatic movement to seniors, and the disabled to help them feel strong, confident and independent. 

Pain, limitations, and discomfort are common as we age. But, that doesn’t make it normal. You don’t have to assume that living with pain and stiffness is your only option.

I want to help you find your movement potential,  so that you can feel safe and positive about what your body can do, by becoming stronger and more flexible. 

So many older adults feel excluded from yoga, as often classes are aimed at younger age groups and can perhaps be too fast or physically intense.

As someone who is my sixties, I feel that I’m fully aware of ‘age-related’ health concerns and how they can affect and at times restrict movement.

So, it doesn’t matter if you have a chronic illness, disability or age-related loss of strength and limited mobility.  My Chair Yoga classes are inclusive, educational and FUN!

All with the aim to help  keep you moving and feeling better!
